Refunds & Warranties guide

For any goods that are required to be returned or have been incorrectly ordered, please contact a member of our customer service team at shop@wisdomautoworks.com Please see our conditions below:
Goods not required or incorrectly ordered must be returned at buyers' expense to Wisdom Auto Works within 15 days of Arrival to Buyer.
All Goods to be returned must be in their original condition and original packaging if applicable, cannot be disassembled, painted or damaged due to incorrect installation
If the Goods have sustained damage in return transit, or do not return as above, Wisdom Auto Works may refund a revised amount to reflect the state of the Goods.
One your Goods have been received by Wisdom Auto Works, we will process your return within 5 business days, one of our customer service team will be in touch once your return is complete.
If the order of goods was cancelled prior to shipping we will process your return within 5 business days, one of our customer service team will be in touch once your return is complete.

Within 15 days of Arrival to Buyer please contact Wisdom Auto Works, Once Wisdom Auto Works determines that goods have been supplied incorrectly, Wisdom Auto Works will supply shipping information which will be sent to the buyer to return the Goods.
If the buyer requests a Refund, Once the Goods have arrived at Wisdom Auto Works a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
If the Buyer request the correct Goods if available Wisdom Auto Works will send the replacement Goods once the Incorrect Goods have started there shipping Process.
Wisdom Auto Works are not liable for any Labour Expenses or Towing expenses caused by the inconvenience of the Incorrect goods/parts.

Wisdom Auto Works does not offer Exchanges.

All New goods supplied by Wisdom Auto Works carry a 12-month warranty on goods/parts only.
Wisdom Auto Works will not be liable for any Labour Expenses, Towing expenses, consequential loss, damage or loss of income because of the failure of goods/Parts sold.

All Used Goods/Parts Carry a 3-month warranty.
Wisdom auto works will replace or refund the purchase price of the defective Good/Part and Wisdom Auto Works will handle shipping logistics on defective Good/Part provided they meet warranty conditions.

Parts returned under warranty must be complete as sold. The warranty is void if goods are altered, dismantled or otherwise tampered with.
Parts used for competitive driving or racing are void of warranty.
The Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God.
Wisdom Auto Works will not be liable for any Labour Expenses, Towing expenses, consequential loss, damage or loss of income because of the failure of goods/Parts sold.

engines have 3 month / 5000km warranty

Used engines:
Engine Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God.
Engines returned under warranty must be complete as sold. The warranty is void if goods are altered, dismantled or otherwise tampered with.
Engines used for competitive driving or racing have a start-up warranty only.
All Engine warranty's must be returned to Wisdom Auto Works for inspection.
Wisdom Auto Works reserves the right to recover out of pocket expenses for purchaser incurred by reviewing the claim including freight and or dismantling and inspections costs if mislead.

Used Long engine under Warranty only unless stipulated otherwise. Warranty does not apply to accessories including switches, sensors, electrical cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pump, oil seals and manifolds.
Prior to fitment to vehicle the water pump, timing belt, hoses, oil filter, engine oil and coolant must be replaced with new Goods for warranty to be valid.
The radiator must be flushed for the warranty to be valid.
Wisdom auto works will warranty mechanical defects in the engine block, cylinder head, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft.
All engines supplied by Wisdom Auto Works are fitted with heat tabs, warranty void if the heat tab has been altered, removed or melted.
Wisdom Auto Works does not cover engine failure due to lack of oil.

With turbo subaru engines\s the big end bearings are start up warranty. pistons have start up warranty . 90% of these issues are caused by misuse.

Turbocharged engines have 3 month / 5000km warranty

Engine Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God.  Engines returned under warranty must be complete as sold. The warranty is void if goods are altered, dismantled or otherwise tampered with. Engines used for competitive driving or racing have a start-up warranty only. 

All Engine warranty's must be returned to Wisdom Auto Works for inspection. 

Wisdom Auto Works reserves the right to recover out of pocket expenses for purchaser incurred by reviewing the claim including freight and or dismantling and inspections costs if misled. 

Refreshed engines are sold as long engines which are fitted with new or inspected seals, water pump, timing belt, oil pump, head gaskets, head bolts all valid for warranty. 

Prior to fitment to vehicle the oil filter, engine oil and coolant must be replaced with new Goods for warranty to be valid. 

All engines supplied by Wisdom Auto Works are fitted with heat tabs, warranty void if the heat tab has been altered, removed or melted. 

Wisdom Auto Works does not cover engine failure due to lack of oil.

Transmission & Drivetrain Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God.
Transmission & Drivetrain goods returned under warranty must be complete as sold. The warranty is void if goods are altered, dismantled or otherwise tampered with.
Transmissions & Drivetrain goods used for competitive driving or racing have operational warranty only.
All Transmission & Drivetrain warranties must be returned to Wisdom Auto Works for inspection.
Wisdom Auto Works reserves the right to recover out of pocket expenses for purchaser incurred by reviewing the claim including freight and or dismantling and inspections costs if mislead.
Transmission & Drivetrain that suffer broken gears / teeth are void of warranty
Prior to fitment to vehicle the oil filter (If applicable), transmission / Differential oil and seals must be replaced with new Goods for warranty to be valid.
Automatic Transmissions are warrantied for defects such as slipping, failing to engage into forward and or reverse gears.
