Once an order is shipped responsibility for the goods is with the 3rd Party Carrier, if the item is lost or damaged in transmit it will be up to the carrier's discretion if they are willing to compensate you for the goods.
If the item is insured the buyer will be covered by the 3rd party carrier's insurance if the item is lost or damaged in transit
If an item is damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery date with pictures of the damaged box and goods to be used in the insurance claim with our 3rd party shipping provider. Wisdom Auto Works will work with your chosen delivery service to claim the item's value and rectify the situation.
